Delete Account

To request deletion of your Iyari account, send an email from the address associated with your Iyari account to iyari@rockswise.com with the subject “Delete Iyari Account”.

We will verify the request and delete the Iyari account and associated account information, including the email address, account identifier, registered device information and licensing/subscription records, except information that must be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or security purposes.

Field records, photos and location data created in Iyari are stored locally on the user’s device and are not stored in Iyari’s cloud systems. Deleting the Iyari account does not automatically remove local records from the device.
